I have a cart full of furniture saved and I would use the $1000 gift certificate towards the purchase of some of these items - like a new bedroom suite (the one I have is falling apart), new display shelves, bookcases, coffee table and end tables, would love to have the globe and some lamps for the living room. We have never had much of anything new because we took care of over 200 Foster children for Los Angeles county. All our money went to clothing them as they came often with nothing but filthy rags on their back. Often these kids had no toys or had never been to Mc Donalds so we spent our money on these items
We adopted one little girl who had been left in a motel hungy, under weight abused and tied in a box or what the police called a "man made playpen". She was only 3 years old.

If I was fortunate enough to win this contest, I would like to use the store credit to buy myself and my wife a new bed so we no longer have to sleep on a air mattress on the floor. I am a single mom of three children, a nine year old boy and twin three year old girls. I am on permanent disability, and although I have been looking hard for work on the side, nothing yet. Every single dime that comes in goes to my children. Their food, their clothes, and the odd fun outing that I can afford for them, is all I care about - making sure they have everything is the only thing that matters to me. I would love to be able to spruce up our house (and especially their rooms) to make it nicer for them, so they would feel more able to invite friends over, and not be quite so emabarrassed about where they live.

In today's tough and uncertain economic times, it would be highly impossible for me to purchase new furniture despite the tremendous need for family to do so. My parents who are SUFFERING from mounting medical debts, have NO decent furniture and yesterday the ceiling fell in during hard rain we need a miracle!
I would use the gift certificate for my Mom (a great Mom) and my younger daughter ( a caring Mom to a special needs son) and my older daughter ( a wonderful Mom to a son who was born two months early and is doing great).

If I would be given a chance to grab this $1000 Gift Certificate, of course I will wholeheartedly give it to my mom. I think this is just the purpose of this contest. Well, my mom is a full-time mom and does everything for us to finish our studies and be given a very happy and meaningful life. With that, on May 9, I think its my turn to recognize her love for us by having this $1000 GC from Wholesale Furniture Brokers a present for her. I wouldn't know the specific item that bests among them all, but my mom will surely love a sofa. And if given a chance, I will make her choose because she'll do it better than me.

I would use the $1000 to purchase office furniture. I'm recently divorced, and my ex. got the home office furniture in the divorce. I work from my home, so I need at least a new desk.

I would definitely purchase a new sofa. We have had our current living room furniture set since before we were married `15 years. Would be nice to see something new and I think the kids are old enough not to mess it up. :)
hi-i am trying to remodel a very old trailer to be liveable and need a new bedroom suite very badly! i have bad back problems and the old bed i am sleeping on right now is killing me! i am on ss disability and very limited income so winning this contest would be wonderful!

I would use it to replace the only brand new sofa and coffee table that I had ever bought in my entire life. It was only a few months old when I left my now ex-husband, and he wouldn't let me take it with me (even though I paid for it with my hard-earned money). Then... the house burned down....
