They are in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and may have burned not only customers, but vendors to the tune of $10,000,000.00.

I have found out that Gately's filed for a chapter 11 on 9/17/07 it was converted to a Chapter 7 on Oct 31 2007 the case number is 770 filed 10/05. It was filed in United States Bankruptcy Court District of Colorado. You can go to their website and read the paper work like I did. We got our furniture from Gately's but it was all damaged. I have been trying to get it replaced for 6 months. Now there isn't even a website for BedroomKing.
Yeah, they did file for bankruptcy.
