Montana Woodworks explains how they have been environmentally friendly since they started harvesting timber and producing log furniture in 1991 in the new press release by Wholesale Furniture Brokers.
"Only trees that are standing dead, that is, they have died and not yet fallen, are chosen for our furniture," says Duane, Owner of Montana Woodworks when asked if they have any green or sustainable practices of notability. "Removing the standing dead timber from the forests greatly reduces the damage of catastrophic firestorms that have often devastated our lands."
The timber that Montana Woodworks uses is harvested by hand without the use of heavy machinery. Montana Woodworks' commitment to protecting the renewable resources is what help sets them apart from most manufacturers.
