We are well aware of your March 2008 blog posts herein relative to the difficulties any you state you welcome to share information to reach resolution to mutual advantage. We never get any response from you Canadian folks despite sending you e-mails and faxes about our "progress" locally. Please acknowledge and post who we can call, and e-mail specifically in your offices in what specific physical address. What the heck is going on?
